Clynexa is a platform for clinic appointment booking, AI-assisted health pre-screening, and clinical record management. Access depends on your role (patient, doctor, clinic staff, clinic admin, or platform admin).
Clynexa's AI pre-screening and risk assessments are informational and non-diagnostic. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and must not be relied upon in an emergency. Always consult a licensed physician. In an emergency, call local emergency services immediately.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Notify us of any unauthorized access.
Clinics subscribe to Clynexa on a paid plan. Fees, billing cycles, and included usage are shown at checkout. Optional premium features for clinics and patients may carry additional charges. Payments are processed by our payment provider; taxes may apply.
You may not misuse the platform, attempt to access data you are not authorized to see, disrupt the service, or use it to violate any law or another person's rights.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update the platform and these Terms; material changes will be notified and may require renewed consent.
To the extent permitted by law, Clynexa is not liable for clinical decisions made by care providers or for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
