Who is Clynexa for?
Private clinics and medical groups in Egypt, from a single doctor’s practice to multi-branch groups, and the patients they care for.
Why does my clinic need approval?
Patients rely on the clinics they find on Clynexa, so the Clynexa team reviews every new clinic before it can take bookings. While you wait you can already add doctors and set their schedules.
What does the free trial include?
After approval your clinic gets a 14-day trial with Pro features such as the Patient CRM. Your plan’s team and booking limits still apply. When it ends you continue on the free Starter plan or upgrade. Plans are listed on the pricing page.
Is the AI making medical decisions?
No. Pre-screening suggests which specialty to see and checks for emergency warning signs; risk assessments support doctors’ judgement. Neither gives a diagnosis, and every clinical decision stays with a doctor.
How do doctors and reception staff get accounts?
The clinic administrator creates them from the Team page. Each person signs in with their own account and only sees what their role needs. Reception, for example, never sees clinical records.
How is patient data protected?
Access is based on roles: a clinic only sees patients it is caring for, and actions on records are logged. Patients give their consent when they sign up, and their data can be exported or deleted on request.
Can we manage several branches?
Yes. A multi-branch clinic can add branches, place doctors and staff in each one, and see them side by side.
Do patients pay anything?
Patient accounts are free. An optional Premium plan adds unlimited AI pre-screenings.
